My first mod creation for the PSP version of MNR. Turned out to be quite popular, and matches nicely with Nuke'r, his kart.
As we all know there really are not as many options available for mods on the PSP version, but even as such you can still get pretty creative. Capt Toxic is a fun little guy I made to look kinda like a refugee from Devo.
A kart based off the rocket body, of course the colors are set to match the mod, with a nice toxic green swoosh on the side. It is fun a kart to drive to be sure and of course looks best with Capt Toxic behind the wheel.
